Bespoke and personalised orders may require additional processing time. Please check the individual product information or contact us if you need your order for a specific date.

Eligible hair extensions can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the hair is unworn, unused, uncut, unaltered, tagged and sealed in its original packaging.

Hair that has been opened, worn, washed, coloured, cut, altered or heat-styled cannot be returned.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility and the return postage cost is deducted from the refund.
