All of our hair extensions are made from 100% premium Mongolian human hair, carefully sourced from single donors to help prevent matting and maintain a soft, natural finish.
Our hair is:

- Soft, silky, and long-lasting
- Suitable for styling and everyday wear
With proper aftercare, our extensions can last 12+ months.
Are your extensions suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Our Nano Rings and Nano Wefts are suitable for a wide range of hair types, including fine, medium, and thick hair.
If you're unsure which method is right for you, we recommend booking a colour match or bespoke consultation.
Can I style the hair extensions?
Yes. Our human hair extensions can be curled, straightened, and styled just like natural hair.
We always recommend:
- Using heat protection
- Avoiding excessive heat
- Using extension-safe aftercare products
Can I colour the extensions?
As the hair is 100% human hair, colouring is possible. However, we recommend professional colouring only, as we cannot guarantee results after chemical processing.
For custom shades, we recommend our Bespoke Hair service.

Standard Shipping (Tracked 48)
£4.50 — delivery within 2–3 business days
Express Shipping (Tracked 24)

How long do the extensions last?
With proper maintenance and aftercare, our extensions can last 12 months or longer.
Lifespan depends on:
- Aftercare routine
- Heat usage
- Product choice
- Maintenance appointments
What aftercare products should I use?
We recommend:
- Sulphate-free shampoo & conditioner
- Extension-safe brushes
- Heat protection products
- Silk or satin pillowcases
Avoid oil-based products near attachment areas.
How often should maintenance appointments be booked?
Recommended maintenance:
- Nano Rings: every 6–12 weeks
- Nano Wefts: every 6–12 weeks

Why don’t bespoke products display prices?
Every bespoke order is customised to the client’s specific requirements, including colour, density, length, and construction.
Pricing is therefore provided after consultation.
Returns & Support
Can I return hair extensions?
For hygiene reasons, hair extensions can only be returned if unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
Please contact us before returning any items.
